The Catholic University Biology Club is an organization for all those interested in the life sciences. During the academic year the club organizes a combination of social and educational activities that provide many opportunities for students to interact with the faculty and with each other. The club sponsors lecture series addressing current issues and other topics of interest, and provides members with opportunities to establish contacts with professionals in the life sciences.
A sampling of club activities includes: Welcoming party at the beginning of the academic year; career talks; fall dinner; lecture series; premed-oriented programs; Christmas party; end-of-year barbecue; and a Thanksgiving fundraiser for SOME (So Others May Eat).
Biology students can also choose from over 90 other clubs and organizations that cover a range of interests. Learn more about the student organizations on campus by clicking on the link below.
